Adoptable Pet of the Week: Hershey

Hershey is proof that a haircut can change your life. Hershey, a 4 year old schnauzer mix was surrendered to a shelter in Smyth County, Virginia by an owner who was very sick and could no longer care for her. Her coat was in terrible condition.
