Crowds, Hula Hoops, and a Perfect Kick-off

More than 12,000 people visited Eastern Market Saturday, according to volunteers working the event, partaking in activities from facepainting and hula hoop contests, to dancing,  zydeco and listening to R&B – and of course, shopping.
