Is it just me, or is happiness inversely correlated with humidity? I’ll admit, I’m taking a little break from the grind today because when I walked outside early this morning and felt a little chilly in my shorts, I knew this day was meant for enjoying … which made me hungry … which made me drag my better half out of bed to hit Ted’s before it was even 8AM. But that’s another story. Anyway, it made me think that the only thing I’m missing today is a shady porch and a rocking chair. Turns out, I can sneak around the block and have just that in this 3/1.5 that’s open this Sunday. Aside from the rocking potential, this house has some great common spaces (especially that downstairs family room!), a big master bedroom and lots of original details.
