What: River Park Nursery School’s Annual Sock Hop and Silent Auction

Join the families from River Park Nursery School for an afternoon out — and a way to get the wiggles out and support a local school. Tickets include dinner, drinks (beer and wine), crafts, and fun. Kids dance the afternoon away to Mr. Skip while their grownups socialize and and bid on silent auction packages, ranging from custom art and to reservations and dinner at some of the best restaurants on the Hill. Live auction starts around 6 p.m., and, in the past has included great big-ticket items like beach house rentals, and tickets to the hottest shows.

All proceeds support the River Park Nursery School program, which stimulates a love for learning, creativity and exploration, while fostering a sense of values, self-worth and good citizenship.
