There’s a super house open this Sunday, from 1 -4, that’s just off H Street and 5 blocks from Union Station. I previewed it a few days ago and loved the bright living spaces which have a lot of recent updates but still preserve historic details like the old mantelpiece over the wood burning fireplace and the warm wooden floors. 700 4th St, NE has 3 BR, 1.5 BA, a landscaped back patio and attic storage; I feel it’s well priced at $649.9k
You may not know that end of H Street as well as the Atlas District end. In addition to its close proximity to Union Station, there’s a new grocery store going in right at 4th and H, several restaurants open or on the way, a couple of yoga studios and a whole lot more!
