Yard Sale Open Thread:

The season of yard sales is upon us. The Progressives built our homes’ coveted space for their abundant offspring more than closet space, and herein is the nexus of the seasonal tide of “Take it, (OK, just get it out of my house)!  It’s yours for 5 cents.”  Don’t get me wrong: I’ve stumbled upon many treasures wandering home from the Market on Saturdays, from cut glass cordial glasses to a Strawberry Shortcake lunchbox to Turkish table linens. So, don’t you want to know the addresses to hit this Saturday morning?

This Friday column is a place to post notice of your sale, so while you’re out papering signposts, please let your neighbors know your stuff is theirs for the pickin’ here at The Hill is Home.  This thread goes up each Friday morning, so have at it, and pass on your not-so-treasured goods to neighbors with more closet space.
