Pound the Hill is soft opening this morning at 8am!
Located at 621 Pennsylvania Ave. SE, this is the second outpost of Pound,which has built a loyal following at its NoMa location.
Pound features coffee from Wisconsin’s Kickapoo and teas from Mighty Leaf. Starting on March 14, Pound will start serving a rotating menu of international comfort food.
So head on over and welcome the Pound team to the neighborhood – and start your week with one of their now-legendary Nutella lattes. Cheers!
I tried to have my own soft openening yesterday but the door was locked!
Looking forward to this and I am particularly pleased to see a local establishment open up in that space.
Their Kickapoo coffee is great, and it’s a nice space. Definitely will give Peregrine a run for its money!
