Come to Maury Elementary School tonight at 6pm for a chance to meet the candidates for the Ward 6 School Board seat. Find out where the candidates stand on improving our middle schools, driving academic performance, and continuing growth beyond our elementary school gains.

The event is co-hosted by the Ward 6 Democrats, The Hill is Home, the Capitol Hill Public Schools Parents Organization, Hill Rag, H Street Great Street, Eastern Market Metro Community Association, North Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association, and the Friends of Choice in Urban Schools (FOCUS).

Additional details: Parking available on-site (lot is accessed from 12th Place NE) and child-care will be available on-site. There will also be a sign language (ASL) interpreter.
