The event is co-chaired by Ward 6 Democrats, The Hill is Home, Frozen Tropics, H Street Great Street, Capitol Hill Public School Parents Organization, Eastern Market Metro Community Association, North Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association, North Capitol Hill Neighborhood Association, Hill Rag, and the Gangplank Slipholders Association.
