Have you dreamt of the day you would have a starring role in a reality show, but you don’t want to crash a state dinner to get it? Then “My First Sale” is the real estate reality show for you!

High Noon Entertainment writer, producer and casting director Andrew Olthius is seeking interesting and dynamic people who are interested in selling their first home and live within 90 minutes of the District for the HGTV show “My First Sale.”

“We are looking for great characters who will make for a great story,” says Olthius. “In particular, we are interested in people who have an emotional attachment to their home or simply an interesting story that is driving their need to sell.”

The show is not about flipping, or staging a home for sale. “The show is educational,” says Olthius. “We want to show viewers what the process of selling a home is like. The added drama and emotion surrounding the sale makes us want to root for the sellers and see them achieve their goals.”

Olthius is accepting applications through September 3 and shooting will continue through early 2011.

If you think you have a story worth telling, contact Andrew Olthius at aolthuis@highnoontv.com for an application.
