The Hill is Home is fast approaching its first birthday and we would like to expand our pool of writers covering Capitol Hill. That means we need help… your help. We are looking for writers who would like to cover local events, businesses, people, the arts, sports, restaurants and bars, and issues such as development, transportation, crime, schools and local government.
Since ours is a non-profit endeavor, The Hill is Home writers, editors and photographers are unpaid. Everyone associated with the blog is a volunteer, but that doesn’t mean a bit notoriety (or perhaps hoagie-related infamy) doesn’t go hand in hand with a slot among our regular posters.
If you’ve read the blog, you know we have a variety of backgrounds and interests. The common thread is a curiosity about the people, places and things that affect the fabric of the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
