Mayor's Office Hosting Community Meeting to Discuss Redevelopment of 12th & Potomac Ave. Park

Mayor Adrian M. Fenty’s Office of Community Relations & Services presents “A Park to Call Your Very Own”

Dear Capitol Hill Resident:

As you may be aware, Mayor Adrian M. Fenty has directed the District Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) to design and redevelop the park located in the 1200 block of Potomac Ave SE.  As a result, DPR has developed a project plan and a conceptual design/illustrative drawing which we are eager to share with the community.  Please, come out to meet members of the Mayor’s staff and the DPR design team. Please, participate in the improvement of your new park!

    Is this the triangle park just across from Potomac Gardens or is it the one further down just across from Hopkins? They are both is serious need of a cleanup..the PG one is half covered in asphalt.
