  • The Streetcar saga continues as multiple sources, including WAMU and the Washington Business Journal reported that it is looking more and more like the Bowser administration is not going to let the streetcar project happen.
  • ANC 6B Commissioner Brian Flahaven, District Source, and Washington Business Journal reported that after 12 years, the Land Disposition Agreement (LDA) for Phase I of the Reservation 13/Hill East Development has finally been signed, clearing the way for the next steps in the development of that Hill East land.
