Hill Homes: Home Sales Increase on Capitol Hill

Existing-home sales on Capitol Hill—including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and co-ops—increased 21.6 percent in 2009, according to a report issued by Don Denton of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
