In our In Season/On Special series, Dare paired wine with sloppy Joes. Residents were vocal at a community meeting about Reservation 13, with one neighbor submitting an op-ed saying Mayor Gray had failed the neighborhood. We attended the Ward 6 At-Large Candidate Forum.
