Adoptable Pet of the Week: Ralphie

image (4)

Ralphie looks pretty comfy at his foster home on the Hill, but he’d like a place he can call home forever.

Ralphie is doing great with house and crate training and gets along well with cats and other dogs. He is a shy boy and would prefer a home without children because they make him nervous. But with a little time and patience, Ralphie warms up and is sweet and affectionate. His foster mom reports that he would make a great running partner and has an amazing vertical jump and often bounces for joy.

Learn more about Ralphie and apply to adopt him by visiting his profile.

Meet Rural Dog Rescue’s dogs in person on Saturdays from noon to 3 p.m. at Howl to the Chief, 733 8th Street SE, Washington, D.C.
