Ever since The Big Board hosted a fast food beer dinner with the brewers at Chocolate City well over a year ago, my better half and I have eagerly awaited their next brewery collaboration. Last night we were rewarded by walking in the door moments after the menu was finalized for this month’s event.
On Monday, March 25th, The Big Board and Sierra Nevada are hosting a non-kosher seder beer dinner (apparently this is an idea the Jewish Sierra Nevada rep has been kicking around for a while). Each of four courses is, as billed, a decidedly non-kosher nod to its traditional seder counterpart and will be pared with a selection from Sierra Nevada, along with a welcome beer and a few surprise tastes. Drinks are served at 6:30; dinner starts at 7:15 and costs $65. You can see my bootleg copy of the menu here.
