CSX and the District Department of Transportation will hold a second public meeting from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30 to discuss alternatives for the Virginia Avenue Tunnel project at the conference center at Nationals Park.
There will be a formal presentation beginning at 7:00 p.m. followed by a moderated question and answer session.
