Have you seen the daffodil shoots poking through the muddy soil in your neighbors’ yards? Evidence that spring is around the corner is everywhere and subsequently the real estate market is heating up. Inventory is definitely up; if you’re counting, there are 41 open houses on the Hill this weekend.
I might even take a walk down memory lane. I rented this house on 10th Street Northeast way back when. It boasts a large master with a gorgeous cathedral ceiling and exposed brick downstairs. The back yard made for some killer late-90s barbecues.
