Hine update

Councilman Tommy Wells tweeted today to expect a 30-45 day time frame for a selection for the Hine site developer once best and final offers from the bidding developers are processed. Wells’s estimates are based on his conversation with the Deputy Mayor’s staff, who ultimately control the clock and the timing of the final decision.
Scuttlebutt says that the choice of a developer for Hine is going to depend less on preferred design and more on deep pockets and shovel-readiness.
