According to a note sent around the Market area by Stanton Development, a final shortlist of four proposals for development of the Hine site was announced. Stanton ∙ Eastbanc, which owns many familiar neighborhood sites, is among this final four to be considered.
The community meeting is June 10th, hosted by Tommy Wells. Each of the four development teams will present its proposal to the community, says Stanton, who will be hosting an open house at its office at 305 7th Street, SE, above Marvelous Market on Saturday, June 13th from 11am to 2pm.
