One of my “new” favorite Capitol Hill micro neighborhoods is the area around 4th and G Streets NE: close to all that’s happening around Union Station, H Street NE and NoMA but still so tranquil and charming. Interested?
Then check out 320 G St NE, open today, Sunday March 29 2015 from 1-3 pm. It’s a 2-bedroom south-facing (i.e.; lots of great afternoon light) bayfront with beautiful wooden floors and the original 1909 woodwork in great condition. The kitchen opens out onto a delightful patio with a mature birch tree and alley access. A former 3-bedroom, the 3rd bedroom has been converted to an enormous full bath.
