Dancing always cheers me up, tonight you can begin a 4 week crash course in Belly Dancing at CHAW. The course is designed for total beginners so no experience is necessary. Friday night China’s first rock band Second Hand Rose comes to the Atlas. The cross dressing group has been described as David Bowie as Ziggy Stardust from Shanghai. Tickets are $12 in advance at $15 at the door. Concert begins at 8pm.
At the Hill Center learn about the women who have participated in the US Space program by watching the documentary Women in Space.
