Taste of 8th is back! This Saturday, May 3, enjoy the wide array of dishes available on one of our neighborhood’s fastest growing streets.
From 1pm-4pm, over 20 restaurants will serve appetizer-sized samples of their best-known or newest dishes. This year’s participating restaurants and beverage retailers include Ambar, Banana Café, Belga Café, Capital Teas, Cava, Chat’s Liquor, DCanter, DC3, District Doughnut, Las Placitas, Lavagna, Matchbox, Medium Rare, Nooshi Sushi, Old Siam, Szechuan Kitchen, Senart’s, Spring Mill Bread, Sweet Lobby, Tash and Zest.
Tickets are $5.00 for a single taste, equivalent to a small appetizer or tapas portion, and $20.00 for a 5 pack. You can purchase your tickets in advance here. The event is held rain or shine, but the current weather forecast looks perfect for a day of strolling and eating on the Hill!
