By this point, the candy binge should have worn off, so don’t forget to vote in our Halloween pet photo contest. And, since it’s Election Day, why not exercise your democratic right one more time?
This year there were 25 entrants, but only one can be top dog (or cat). The winner of the Readers’ Choice Award will receive a $50 gift card to Metro Mutts.
Voting begins today and closes on Saturday.
In addition to the Readers’ Choice Award, the editors at The Hill is Home will select a pet for the Least-Like-the-Species Award. That winner will take home $25 in prizes from Metro Mutts.

Pumpkin does look miserable but it’s super hard to get a cat in a costume!!! I should know, I my kitty Chloe was not too please to be in that shark costume 😉
